Efflux Pharma is looking for strategic development partners to support the development and commercialization of our technology and product candidates.
Our objective is to establish partnerships that can accelerate clinical development, market access, and ultimately improve patient outcomes. In addition to our scientific approach, we have developed a novel collaboration structure based on an option structure throughout the development process.
With a financial commitment limited to the cost of the next clinical development stage of SCO-101 (each an option), the partnership will provide the partner with a de- risked opportunity to advance to the next stage of clinical development without additional financial commitment, but with the right to continue if the stage was successful. This allows the partner to add the pipeline value of SCO-101 to its overall pipeline valuation.
